Without our sponsors, the Batavia Triathlon couldn't happen!

In order to ensure that you are recognized in all promotional materials, the sponsorship deadline
is March 15, 2010.
The following information was applicable for the 2009 event. We will posted updated information for
2010 as it becomes available.
2009 Bronze Sponsorship Level
- Mention of your company, throughout the event and in media events leading up to the race
- Logo recognition on Batavia Triathlon web site for one full year
- Distribution of your company’s brochure, marketing materials or product samples in race goody bags
- Corporate banner(s) displayed at registration site, finish line or post-race party
- Maximum visibility for your company in all promotional materials including posters and brochures/registration applications
- At this level, we will also consider product donations in lieu of cash donations
2009 Silver Sponsorship Level
- Includes all of the benefits of the Bronze level, plus:
- Mention of your company, throughout the event and in media events leading up to the race, including promotional radio and TV spots,
print ads, and race email blasts
- One complimentary spot in the Triathlon or Duathlon (value $70)
- Company logo placed on back of shirt, designating you as a major sponsor of the event
- Placement of a booth at the Post Race Party for additional exposure
2009 Gold Sponsorship Level
- Includes all of the benefits of the Silver level, plus:
- Free participation for your company relay team (value $100) or two individual spots (value $140)
- Framed professional photo of your team (value $50) or individual participants
- Company logo placed at the top on the back of shirt, designating you as primary sponsor of the event
- Ability to send up to four solo e-mail blasts to Batavia Triathlon participant membership database (about 1,300 subscribers)
- Logo recognition and placement of special offers/promotions on Batavia Triathlon web site
- $50 worth of Batavia Chamber of Commerce benefits (you do not need to be a member to redeem)
- Opportunity to host pre-race seminars to drive additional traffic to your business (there are a limited number
of seminars and an additional fee would apply)
- Mention in Press Releases and articles for publication
